TORONTO, CA (February 28, 2012) — BLACK MARKET MUSIC GROUP INC excitedly declares the first official release of 2012 of hip-pop newcomer and Toronto’s own, CAPTAIN HOOKS. His full-length debut for the label, WALK THE PLANK, will hit shelves and digital retailers this fall, and the buzz single “STILL STUNTIN,” is available online today February 28th.

Chase Milly is quickly beginning the New Year with a song that highlights what the Toronto-based emcee is capable of. Off the success of his single “It’s On” and the accompanying remix, Chase comes back to start off 2012 with his track “Money Girl” featuring Captain Hooks and JD Era.

Milly goes back to the same formula that made “It’s On” an unforgettable track, crafting a song that will get the people moving in the club and calling local radio stations. The drum-laced beat is a perfect fit for the purpose of the song, but also elevates the performances of Chase and his two guests.

Captain Hooks provides the smooth hook in his silky auto-tuned voice, proclaiming to his girl to go get her money. The “Happy Times” singer infuses his electro sound to the track seamlessly to create a hook that will surely have people singing along.

JD Era lends his talent to the track and once again shows his ability on wax. Highlighting the guest verse is the point where Era spits “got a Spanish girl to speak French/French girl to speak Spanish/I don’t understand either but I f*** her then she make sandwich.” It’s obvious that his recent signing to IceH2O records has only made him hungrier.
